Last weekend I went to Byron Bay, one of my favourite places, and even though the weather was temperamental we still made the most of it! As usual, I packed way too many clothes, however I only have a two different outfits to share with you seeing as the weather wasn’t exactly the best to take photos in.
While I was there I picked up a vintage Levi’s denim jacket which I am wearing in both outfits. I found it at Miss Brown which is on Lawson street, next to Jonson street, and I would definitely recommend visiting if you love snagging a vintage gem. I am not usually the best vintage shopper, but the staff were so friendly and helpful and they had a stack of denim pieces to choose from.
We also visited The Farm at Byron Bay which is a little bit difficult to explain but it is basically a farm with a restaurant, cafe, flower shop and small grocer on site. This was one of the highlights of my weekend and if you are heading to Byron soon you must go, even if you are just passing by for a coffee and a snack! You can also walk around the farm and see the farm animals and farmers working which is really good when you are trying to walk off the giant doughnut you just ate.
Seeing as it was pretty rainy, we did spend a lot of time indoors, and by indoors I mean inside cafes and restaurants! So I couldn’t go past mentioning Folk cafe, which seems to be pretty well-known locally but a little bit out of the town. Similarly to The Farm, the cafe promotes sustainable and ethical eating, and the whole concept of the cafe and the menu was fresh and unique. For photos of our meal, head to my Instagram!
